Nigeria: Almost 1,300 malnourished children have been admitted to intensive care in Borno capital Maiduguri since January, more than ever before. And the situation is getting worse every month. The currency crisis and the destruction of Maiduguri’s market has according to this article made things worse. Or maybe we shouldn’t take BBC too seriously – it is almost entirely focussed on getting Britons and other innocent foreigners out of Sudan.
