Mali: Assimi Goïta will present the draft constitution to CSOs and political groups the day after tomorrow, Monday. He has called for its being popularised ahead of a referendum – which has been postponed, the government says because of concerns raised by various political and religious leaders but the junta has been accused of thereby trying to extend its stay in power.
